What's Included - £10 Per Device Per Month
Anti-Virus/Malware Security Solutions – Keeps your devices safe from malicious viruses such ransomware, spyware etc.
Remote Monitoring/Alerting – monitor’s the health and alerts us to unhealthy PCs within the organisation.
Remote Maintenance – Looks after your devices and ensures they are working at their best.
Patch Management – helps keep your PC up to date and secure from the latest vulnerabilities.
Device Management – Any devices on your plan will be labelled, tagged, and managed by us. (Spreadsheets created for simplified record keeping).
Cloud Service Management – Office 365, G-Suite, Dropbox etc
This plans requires a minimum seat count of 6 devices. Please note project work, new device setups, device repairs and anything outside of normal day-to-day IT Support will be charged ad-hoc.
Remote Support – Using our remote support software, we can provide support and assistance to any problems you may have on your computer.
This plans requires a minimum seat count of 6 devices, this includes 1 hour of support on up to 6 devices, then an additional 10 minutes per device thereafter. Please note project work, new device setups, device repairs and anything outside of normal day-to-day IT Support will be charged ad-hoc.

On-Site Support – We will come out to support in person at no extra cost, this is included along with remote support*
Cloud Signatures – Sync email signatures across the entire company when using cloud signatures via Exclaimer (365 or Google Workspace required).
Microsoft 365/Google Workspace Backups – If data is stored in the cloud using these services, we offer third party backup solutions to protect your data, such as emails, calendar, contacts and business data.
This plans requires a minimum seat count of 6 devices, this includes 1 hour of support on up to 6 devices, then an additional 10 minutes per device thereafter. *Travel time included within a 3-mile radius of our office. Travel time outside of this will be added to the time spent on the job and deducted from support hours or billed additionally. Please note project work, new device setups, device repairs and anything outside of normal day-to-day IT Support will be charged ad-hoc.
